Just 2 hours far from Porto, you are arriving at the 3,5 km big property. This 5 star hotel with only 30 suites and villas offers so many things and is also inviting just to rest and repose at the same time. On a warm summer day in the middle of august we checked in at the incredible L’AND. Impressed by the picturesque landscape and the minimal design of the hotel, our concierge guided us to our suite not far from the main building. On the way we were crossing a small part of the vineyards and close to our suite there is the outside pool, surrounded by trees with an amazing view to the lake, which is part of the property.

A private garden with a plunge pool for the hot days and a large terrace with a fireplace for some cold nights are included and inviting to enjoy the moment. For our dinner at L’AND we asked for a table on the terrace. A clear sky with thousands of stars created the perfect environment and the dishes with ingredients from the region made by chef Nuno Amaral gave us the proper taste for a special summer night. We could not ask for more, this place surrounded by the purest beauty of nature and an exclusive service is there, to create moments to not forget. L’AND is surely for those, who loves to spend time in nature and being pleased by an exclusive service.
