“OUR PLANET IS SUFFERING SO MUCH THAT IN TEN YEARS WE WILL REACH THE POINT OF NO RETURN. WE CAN ONLY CHANGE THIS IF THE AUTHORITIES WORLDWIDE MAKE A RADICAL CHANGE IN THEIR ENVIRONMENTAL POLITICS. EUROPE HAS DEADLINES THAT ARE TOO LONG, THE RULERS OF THE UNITED STATES DON’T EVEN ADMIT THE CLIMATE CHANGE, SO THEY DON’T HAVE TO FACE THESE CHANGES. ASIA IS THE CONTINENT WHICH THROWS THE BIGGEST QUANTITY OF WASTE INTO THE SEA AND AFRICA IS STILL BEING EXPLOITED IN EXCHANGE FOR THE ILLUSIONS THAT ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO COME TRUE THIS WAY. WHAT WILL THE FUTURE BRING? SOMETHING VERY DARK. “

“The reappearance of forgotten deseases, possible wars among countries in order to obtain drinking water and other natural resources, the rise in sea level thus sinking forever entire villages, levels of contamination never seen before, wild meteorological catastrophes… Is it really not worth listening now, while we still have time? Human being is facing massive extinction of animal and plant species and we are still looking away. Economy has developed and making our planet a green place again would not affect as much as some people say. On the contrary. Although it is obvious that some employment would disappear, many new would be created instead. We are prepared technologically, we just have to put it into practice. And we are not as important as our ego makes us believe. Our extinction is our own problem and only us have the solution. I hope that we have not replaced our conscience for selfishness and arrogance, because if we have done so, maybe we should be extinguished and let this marvellous planet to another species which would be able to value and respect it as it deserves. This is a subject that worries me a lot and I am trying to use my social networks in order make my followers, and myself, become aware of the severity of this problem and change our habits. We should change the programmed obsolesce, obligate and facilitate from this very moment that all means of transport become electric, eliminate industrial livestock and guarantee the sustainability with which it is executed, enforce laws by which companies cannot contaminate, put a brake on uncontrolled spending, make fashion brands donate and not destroy unsold clothes (as it is already done in France), that the food is not thrown away simply because it doesn’t look nice and is given to those who need it the most, put a limit on capitalism, forbid radically all plastics and disposable products, force companies to use only recyclable and ecological materials, 100% renewable energy… We are talking about remaining without our planet. I hope and I fight for obtaining a healthy planet where my generation and the ones to come can live a good quality of life. I hope that my children can come to know and enjoy the diversity that the Earth is offering us right now. I hope that all of us together create a world where the minorities will be respected and supported. Where the different will be valued and not wiped out. I would like to see a world where money will not be everything and the highest value of all all for the society becomes a better human being.”
